  • No middleman or supervisor involved. Therefore, the your bathroom renovation cost will be better.
  • Better quality of work as everything is planned out and done by Anthony the way he wants from start to finish. For example, he could build a niche of the exact size as a full tile when doing carpentry, which it is impossible done by big companies as a carpenter would not know how a tiler will set out his later on.

Contemporary bathroom designs

Referring specifically to architect-designed from about 1950 to 1970, the term "contemporary" has come to describe a wide range of designs in recent decades that concentrate on simple forms and geometric lines. Contemporary designs reflect the experimentation and dynamism of the modern postwar period in which many modernist ideas were integrated into the American aesthetic.

Many contemporary designs feature lots of glass, open floor plan and inventive designs.

Mediterranean Bathrooms

Cottage Bathrooms designs

Medieval styles of the English countryside inspired American architects to design the charming and cozy cottage design style we know today. The style became especially popular in the United States during the 1920s and 1930s.

Common features of cottage style design include warm, steep roof pitches and cross gables, arched doors, casement windows with small panes, and brick, stone, or stucco siding.

Mediterranean Bathrooms

Mediterranean styles of architecture, such as Spanish colonial revival, flourished in Southern California during the 1920s and 1930s

Mediterranean baths combine earthen surfaces, rustic finishes, antique furnishings, and sunset hues to create serenely welcoming retreats. These fabulous bathrooms are sure to inspire you to weave warming Mediterranean influences into your bathroom designs.

              FAQs

              FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do I need development consent when doing bathroom remodeling or bathroom renovation?

When making the changes to plumbing, drainage or electrics, then you may require consent. A direct replacement of old and worn out fixtures will not need consent. All structural changes need consent. Laws vary for each state, so ensure you check with your renovation builder.

Can I tile over existing tiles?

Yes, you can. You need to consider the condition of the existing tiles, the additional weight of the new tile and ensure you use the right adhesive. The existing tiles and grouting must be thoroughly cleaned. Otherwise, the adhesive will not bond. Remove the glaze off the existing tiles with a sander or grinder for better adhesion. Tile over tiles could lower a bathroom renovation cost.

I don’t want to do any work, can you do it all?

Yes, we have a bespoke solution for clients who are time poor or simply don’t wish to be involved. You can utilise our interior designer, cleaner, shopper, design and management team who can execute everything, including repacking your personal goods. YOU will be consulted at pinnacle points and left to carry on your busy current work/life.

How much does it cost for a new bathroom?

A short answer would be $8000 (supplied and fitted) could definitely enough for a new average size bathroom using average accessories, but the cost of your new bathroom can vary based on many factors, including the type of materials, tiles and accessories selected for your bathroom. We have a price list detailed every part of the work that needs to construct your bathroom to ensure the quotation is fair to all of our customers.

How long will my bathroom renovation take?

Normally a new bathroom will take two weeks to construct. Our goal is to keep your bathroom renovation progressing smoothly, so every step is not rushed and programmed to ensure there are no delays.

              What warranty do you provide?

All of our work will include a written warranty.

Who will be working on my bathroom?

We are a small family business. I’m a licensed tiler, carpenter, bathroom renovator and waterproofer. I will personally work on your bathroom from start to finish before starting the next project, so there will be no trades or strangers coming in and out to your home.

Will the agreed contract price change?

No! There are no hidden costs or surprises. The amount you pay is the agreed amount in the contract unless variations or additional work is requested. In which case, you’ll receive a clear quote before any amendments commence.

What happens if I only have one bathroom or one toilet?

We understand the hassle of a bathroom renovation, especially when there’s only one bathroom and toilet in the house. We will place a temporary bathtub in the laundry so you can still resume your daily life.
